When will my pre-order ship?
- Preorder items are expected to ship within 10-14 business days. Please note that this is the estimated processing timeframe before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier. If inventory arrives sooner, orders will begin shipping sooner.
How will I know when my order ships?
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Can I order more than one item during pre-sale?
- Absolutely! You can purchase any available styles, colors, and sizes while inventory lasts.
What happens if a size sells out during the pre-sale?
- The first drop is limited and will not have any restocks in the colors available. Different colors will drop every time. Once the available presale quantity for a size or style sells out, it will not be available again.
How does momBod sizing run?

Can I change or cancel my pre-order/order?
- Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may not be available.
