We want you to love your momBod pieces. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
momBod does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, deodorant, makeup, fragrance, pet hair, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Because momBod releases may have limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size, color, or style will still be available.
If your requested exchange is unavailable, eligible merchandise will be issued store credit instead.
STORE CREDIT
Approved store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value and may be used toward a future momBod purchase. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned to the original payment method.
PREORDER ITEMS
Preorder items are eligible for exchange or store credit under the same requirements listed above once the order has been delivered.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.
HOW TO START AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Contact momBod Customer Care through our Contact Us page with your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the request.
Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
