PREORDERS
Thank you for shopping momBod ♡ Items marked PREORDER are purchased before they are available for immediate shipment.
Preorder items are expected to ship within 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This timeframe is an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
If inventory becomes available sooner, preorder fulfillment will begin sooner.
Please note: Placing a preorder reserves your selected item, size, and color from our incoming inventory.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once preorder inventory arrives, all items will be inspected and preorder orders will receive priority fulfillment.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery times are separate from momBod’s preorder/processing timeframe.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control. Please use the tracking information provided with your order to follow its progress.
PREORDER + IN-STOCK ITEMS
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock merchandise, your entire order may be shipped together once the preorder merchandise becomes available. If you would like your in-stock merchandise shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.
